Shaping a boing

What makes a boing sound springy?

Spring Door is a 330 Hz triangle wave with a Wobble of 0.25 at a Wobble speed of 22 Hz. The pitch swings up and down 22 times a second while the note fades over a Decay of 0.7 seconds. A lower Wobble speed gives a looser, slower spring.

How do I make a boing go up or down?

Slide moves the pitch over the Note length. Cartoon Jump slides up 19 semitones in 0.35 seconds. A negative Slide turns the same spring into a fall.

How do I change the bounces of Rubber Ball?

Rubber Ball has five bounce layers that start after 0, 0.42, 0.74, 0.98 and 1.14 seconds. Each gap is shorter than the one before, like a real ball losing height. Spreading the Start after values gives a bouncier ball.
